In a Design Thinking Round of an interview, you’ll be expected to solve a problem using the principles and methodologies of design thinking. Design thinking is a user-centered approach to innovation that focuses on understanding the needs and experiences of end-users to develop creative and effective solutions.

Question 1
Our online learning platform has seen a decline in user engagement over the past six months. How would you redesign the platform’s user dashboard to increase engagement and satisfaction?
Technical Screening

Technical Interviews

Interview was fairly easy. A panel of three members was present. Most of the questions were asked on my resume and my previous work experience. They were specifically asking questions related to business analytics on the lines of user requirement, gathering dashboarding, et cetera
