I applied online. I interviewed at Brandetta ATL (Marietta, GA) in May 2022
Interview
This really wasn't an interview process. This was a pitch for their company. They attempt to lure people in with phrases like "one hundred percent promotion from within." The interviewer was not interested in my skills or depth of experience. Additionally, the interview was highly scripted in that she led off the interview with "congratulations for passing your first-round" interview.
Interview process was extensive. I attended 2/3 maybe there where multiple people I met with, but the questions where random. It just did not feel as if the questions where progressing to a real position. Just questions to ask to get a persons attention.
