I had a 45 minute phone interview, and was immediately selected for the contract position. The Associate Director interviewed me for this position. They wanted to know about my background, my comfort level with Moodle, my consultation experiences. I shared my experiences, and gave examples from some of my past projects. It was a pleasant experience, and truly enjoyed the process. I enjoyed speaking about my experiences, and the conversation flowed very easily. I did not get stumped by any questions. I felt they wanted to gauge my knowledge and experiences. Also they requested to submit an e-portfolio or work samples.
