Interview
It was fairly easy. Interview was held with Ken then I came in for a test day and designed the front page of a website. They love it and I was hired. One thing that was a bit of a downfall is regardless of years of experience and currently working with another company making way more then what I was offered at Brandco there was no room or considered for pay negotiation. I was offered 30k a year.

Question 1
How well are you at maintaining relationships with clients? This was all he cared about it wasn't anything like interviewing with a creative director who focused a lot on your work he cared about you taking care of the clients and pushing out 8 websites per week. He said it is like a design assembly line. (Which shouldn't sound appealing to any designer).

Interview
Two rounds of in person interview. Pretty straightforward questions and went over portfolio. Was not a bad experience, wanted to see your talent, ambition and attitude. Overall it wasn’t bad and felt very comfortable.
