Interview
A series of 4-5 easy calls with the co-partners, where they promised a lot but seemed to have a difficult time describing how they would deliver on their plans and promises.

I applied online. I interviewed at Brand Leader (SC) (Greenville, SC) in Jan 2019
Interview
While the Brand Leader may be a leader in Digital Marketing, their President and EDC asked for a few specific when applying. While I gave them their specifics, which I understand due to their marketing nature, I felt like it’s not always needed. However, in today’s ever changing world it was needed. I explained my background and my second job (Military Pilot). Needless to say, I was not offered the job. When I received my Dear John letter from Kyle, he proceeded to let me know that the job was going to someone else, but I was more than free to fly my “Huey” over their building at my leisure. I was fine with not getting the job, but I got thoroughly frustrated for his final comment of flying. After clearly stating I do not fly that specific aircraft, he had the audacity to add that statement is a pretty good assumption of his character, however that is my opinion.

Interview
Interviews were zoom calls, very easy casual conversation. Seemed mostly like the only real interest was salary requirements. Seemed like the numbers were close. Super positive comments about my experience and portfolio. One person from the company was late and called in while driving.

Question 1
Asked if I was comfortable doing different kinds of work that were different than what was described in the job posting. Seemed the job description wasn’t entirely true to the work they actually do.
