Interview
This company took almost 2 months for the interview process and 6 interviews. I was handed from person to person with no decision, no hierarchy, and no answers. I’d use the words “messy” and “thoughtless” to describe this process. Brand Apart needs to streamline and stream down its hiring process and put more care into the candidate side of things. This was an extremely negative process and made the company look unorganized and unprofessional.
Had a 2hr interview but heard nothing back after the interviewer said I was in their top 3. Had to walk through several hoops on design knowledge. Not my pick of agency’s if I had to interview again.
