One phone interview with HR followed up by phone interview with management, then on site with 4 people. The process was quick and no surprises. Very professional, straightforward. No negatives from my end.

The interview process with Brady was efficient and welcoming. They didn’t waste time, and the structured yet conversational approach helped me feel comfortable, especially since it was my first interview in over 15 years. Their professionalism and clarity set a positive tone and made the experience feel more like a productive discussion than a high-pressure evaluation

Interview
Had a screening interview with HR, heard back same-day to set up next interview with hiring manager the very next week. After that interview, again heard back the next day about a final panel interview in-person.
