After submitting the application to their career portal, I was asked to attend an on-site interview for 15 mins. The interview included an introduction, theoretical questions, and a demo class on the whiteboard on their given topic.

First only shortlisted candidates are called, followed by an highly interactive interview with a interview board with multiple members askin questions from various domains as well as completed projects, research, participated competitions, some times teaching demo might be needed.
