Generally first stages are with Nick and Lisa and then the rest of the team. It is a really lovely bunch of people where everyone is hired on rapport as much as capability.
Interviewed locally and by two Partners internationally. You get a very good insight into the business that way. Very open and you have the opportunity to meet key members of the team.
