      Marketing Interview

      30 Nov 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boxed.com

      Interview

Applied online and received a a 30 minute phone interview request from internal recruiter. Asked to come in for first round of interviews. 3 hours of onsite interviews with middle and lower level team members. Asked to come in for second and final round of interviews with senior level staff. 4 hours of onsite interviews with CEO, COO, CMO, etc... Overall, it was a quick and easy experience and the recruiter was very nice and kept me informed. However, I was concerned that I had to interview with 10 people. Although I believe in being through to ensure that a candidate is the right fit for the culture, the total number of people in the interview process is extremely excessive. I had to follow up a week later to get a status on their decision and was quickly told they were going with another candidate.
