I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bovitz (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The person interviewing me asked great interview questions. It was more like a conversation, from someone seriously interested in getting to know me. This was challenging because it was not what I was prepared for. The questions were not centered around employment/ work goals. So I was disarmed and felt like I was chatting with a friend.

Question 1
I can’t remember exactly but they were questions about me as a person not work related.

Interview
I applied for this position on LinkedIn and was private messaged by the interviewer who asked for my resume and cover letter through email. After sending the requested documents, I scheduled a 30-minute Zoom interview. I logged onto zoom at the scheduled time only to be met with no one on the other end. The camera was on and I was staring at an empty office wall and whiteboard for about 10 minutes. The interviewer finally came in, made a quick apology, and started asking your basic interview questions. Near the end of the interview, I asked if I could ask a few questions I have about the position. She said "sorry, I have to get to another meeting" and then left. It hadn't even been 20 minutes. Probably the weirdest interview I've had. I sent a follow up thank you email but never got a response.

Interview
Applied online, then had a 30-min skype interview with HR. About a week later, I was asked to come into the office where I interviewed with 2 employees, and asked to perform an exercise related to the role. Everyone I spoke to was accommodating and professional, and they were very prompt with communications.
