Someone from their HR department contacted me on LinkedIn with a link saying I might be a good fit for the position. So, I applied and got an email the same day to schedule a phone screening.
The questions in the screening were mainly about what kind of position you're looking for, what you do currently, etc. Most of the questions were very vague and I wasn't sure what kind of answer they were looking for or even what they were trying to ask. They also might've gotten the impression that I wasn't interested in the position despite me saying "sure, I'd be interested" multiple times.
I got a rejection email less than 2 hours later.
