Botify Client Success Manager interview questions

Pretty standard interview process which includes an online presentation. Unfortunately, the final interview which I thought was supposed to be a "meet and greet" ended up being a 2-hour interview where I was told I didn't understand the nature of the position or have the apptitude to understand the service. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed after leaving the office with the last meeting I had.
