Relatively easy and low stress process. I got an email and interviewed in the same week. I was offered the position on the stop and actually began working the same day. Given, this was a student position.

Very easy and straight forward. No stress at all, it almost seems as if they want you to succeed. Interviewer very helpful as well in making it a low pressure environment

Interview
I applied online and got an email asking to do an initial interview, which I opted to do on Zoom. About a week after the interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview in the office I'd be working in. Overall, it was a pretty easy process, though I felt there could have been a better explanation of what the job was, with more details and expectations.
