I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Boston University (Boston, MA) in Aug 2010
Interview
I remember that it took a long time from the time I applied to when I got an interview. In fact, I had forgotten that I'd applied! The questions were pretty normal, but the job was not very fancy so that's to be expected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was not an experienced interviewer (straight out of college), so every question was hard. Looking back, all the normal questions. Technology, how do you stay organized, how do you handle stress, etc.
The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

Very easy and straight forward. No stress at all, it almost seems as if they want you to succeed. Interviewer very helpful as well in making it a low pressure environment
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Boston University in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied online and got an email asking to do an initial interview, which I opted to do on Zoom. About a week after the interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview in the office I'd be working in. Overall, it was a pretty easy process, though I felt there could have been a better explanation of what the job was, with more details and expectations.
