Went through the longest hiring process. Had an interview with the recruiter over the phone, then got connected to territory manager for an interview over the phone, then was invited for a zoom interview with territory and area manager. Met the area manager in-person. Was asked to communicate with an employee in a similar position and finally asked to present on a clinical study. The process took 2 and half months and heard a positive feedback after all interviews still they hired a different candidate. Would have really saved me time to find out the outcome if my profile didn’t suit the position sooner that 2.5 months. Had a positive experience with the area manager when meeting in person, felt assured about being hired after visiting with him.

Interview process was informative and personable. Introduced to the team and got to know the manager very well. The environment felt welcoming and a successful learning experience. I began through introductory connection calls and was reached back out to when a position became available. I appreciated that they remembered me and thought of I position I would do well in.
