It is for a summer internship and I was a freshman student at that time, so they didn't ask me really difficult questions. The general process is fine and the interviewer is friendly enough and encourages me always.

Interview
The interview was in the form of a super day. Met with 3 directors and 2vps. Each interview was them telling me about their team and their prior experiences. The last interview was with a director who took me out to lunch and talked about school, interests and how good the red sox are.
