I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boston Proper (Boca Raton, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Brought me right in for an in person interview. I shared multiple ideas for them to increase their customer base and spent over 2 1/2 hours with their team going in depth on their catalog, clothing lines, ways to acquire new customers through in-bound marketing tactics they weren't even exploring. Afterwards I heard nothing back - not even a reply to thank you notes and follow ups. RUN - they just take your ideas and leave you out to dry.

Question 1
How would you improve our acquisition of customers currently?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Proper (Boca Raton, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
A month after I applied, I got a text message from the HR director. From there, we scheduled a phone interview.
Passed the phone interview and got an in-person interview with the CFO, CEO, and the HR Director (separate, one after the other). Everyone was nice enough.
I had a final phone interview with the remote HR Generalist. I was told I would hear from them by the end of the week.
I received a rejection email about 3 weeks later, which I was expecting because I could tell from the in-person interview I was not a good cultural fit. The workplace reminded me somewhat of a sorority (this is NOT a bad thing, it simply wasn't for me).
It seems like a great environment for the right person. It just wasn't for me.

Question 1
I was asked by every person except for the CEO to go over every job listed on my resume.

Interview
Very in depth. I had two telephone screenings along with a 3 hour interview later on with 3 different people in the company. It was a bit overwhelming but it was a relief because they out a lot of discussion into who they want within the company.
