What does "exceptional customer service" mean to you?.
It was very laid back.They wanted to know what I liked about Boston pizza and previous relevant experience. Having basic knowledge of the menu is a good idea to draw off of to demonstrate understanding of the company.
The interview process was relatively easy, A few basic questions about past industry experience and some situational-based questions. Was given an offer on the spot, Management was nice in the interview, it just about ended there
