Boston IVF interview questions

My first interview was a short Zoom screening, where I was asked only a few broad questions about my resume. I was then invited for an in-person interview, but again, I was not asked many questions—no behavioral questions at all, just whether I had references. The process was drawn out, and I was told I would not hear back for several weeks because the team was going on vacation. Unfortunately, after traveling in person for the interview, I never heard back at all. I found the lack of communication unprofessional, and even if I had received an offer, I would have had concerns about accepting due to the disorganized process and poor follow-up.
