First round was pretty chill. There were two parts of the interview, a behavioral part with an analyst and a case part. The case part was AI powered. You have read the questions and provide your answers. You had to record a video of yourself for the last questions describing your recommendations

There is first a resume round, then behavioral interview round along with an online assessment portion that is similar to a case interview. Then the final round is a case interview with a behavioral portion.

The interview process took a lot of work, as they provided us with many sessions teaching us the basics of consulting and conducted four interviews in total. But the people working there were very kind throughout the process.
