Interview
there were two rounds of interviews. In the first round there were two interviews, both the interviews spent significant time on case interview and then some time on personal leadership questions. First round is elimination round, it takes a week or more to find out whether you cleared first round or not. Next round is similar with three or more interviews.

Gave me a case on overseas manufacturing and a case non-profit revenue growth
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
