It was so hard getting in touch with the recruiters/ hiring team. I was supposed to set up a second interview and ended up calling them back several times to just give up. Saw they've done this to several people applying for different positions within the hospital.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA) in May 2024
Interview
The interview was very typical for a receptionist job. I would say that it would be slightly helpful to have a little bit of background in the medical field just to pick up on some of the references in the interview.
