5 rounds of interview that started with meeting the VP followed by meeting 7 directors and then going back for a face to face presentation in front of all leadership and then meeting with all chief officers like the CFO, CNO, CIO, CTO and CAO. The whole process was over 16 months with long delays between all these steps and no clear communication as to why there was a delay or hold up. The process was long and even after completing all the steps and being told I was the finalist and that my ofc was already setup I was told the job is on hold in Dec 2017. I believe the HR is not organized and communication is very poor
