Interview
There were a few email exchanges prior to actually meeting or talking to anyone, so I was not sure what to expect, but it was a positive experience over all. The interview process was relaxed, and I felt very welcomed, like talking to an old friend. There were some more formal questions related to my experience, and then the conversation guided the rest of the interview. I was most concerned about consistency of hours, and the director really helped me understand how the center works and that I would be full time with steady reliable hours.
