They had nine rounds and is the least diverse panel. And takes forever to make the decision. Applied in March got results in June. Extremely slow organization. Interviews were simple but they probably are looking for stronger communication skills like the rest of the panel.

Question 1
General behavioral questions - not hard. But the panel’s lack of diversity determines their deciding factor anywhere. The leadership chart shows that too. You can definitely use it for practice though. But if you are in a hurry to find job this may not be the place.
Interview with six different employees on two separate in person visits. Everyone was friendly and easy going. I would have preferred having all interviews during one visit. Facility was nice.
