The HR lady showed up 30 minutes late to my "interview" and hadn't even looked at my resume. She then proceeded to tell me I was not experienced enough for this role; that I might look into lower roles.

Video call interview then face to face interview. Process was good, German team leader was fantastic but something was wrong with some of the local team members. I guess lack of diversity and judgmental mind on minorities were the problem.
