Applied online, did online tests, had a zoom interview where they asked questions, then next stage was to create a presentation catering to a big event all over zoom. In the interview surrounding the presentation, I didn't have to properly present it but rather just send it to them and they ask a few follow up questions- then it went into a normal interview style after that.
