I wrote to the Head of Talent citing my interest and referral and I received the prompt response.
I had an initial screening round with the HR followed by in-person interview. I was asked to work on the assignment related to their Borrowell's business cases for the in-person interview at their downtown office. I was supplied with the sample database list for working on the assignment and I had a crack at it over the weekend and shared with them just before the interview.
I had a good interaction with their Head of Product and Growth Manager and I believe I answered all the questions confidently. There were few questions to assess the culture fit which are mostly behavioral. Their team was a enthusiastic bunch and made me comfortable and listened carefully through the course of my presentation.
I walked out of the interview hall with a smile hoping to receive a positive response. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed to the next round as they are particular about their requirements. These guys know what they want.
I strongly suggest the aspirants to consider Borrowell.
