I was greeted with a script interview and knew more about the product than the interviewers themselves. The interviewers seemed to be more focused on getting their questions done than paying attention to my answers or my character. It's evident that they aren't trained on how to perform a productive interviewing process.
After being hired, I've heard many times that the hiring process is very questionable. Some of the most qualified candidates do not receive the job, while others are not even closely qualified (still in high shool) and find themselves employed. They seem to open the gates when they get behind.
