This was such a disappointing and deceiving process, I interviewed for the HCA with 4 interviews. They loved me and my experience but offered me a lower position and convinced me to consider it. They then rejected me after putting me through yet another interview which was supposed to just be a finalizing of the offer and details. The funniest part of all of this is that the recruiter claimed to be respectful of my time and energy, and this process was anything but. I should have read the glassdoor reviews beforehand honestly, looks like I dodged a bullet.
