Although I went to the interview with years of experience in customer service...the overall interview felt unnecessarily long and a lack of connection with the interviewers gave me a sense that I won't have a good relationship with the management team.

It was a video call interview. The interviewer asked questions and you answered. After doing the interview, it seems hope but then they recruited other better candidate. Just be relax and be yourself.
