District Manager conducts interview to review store sales, responsibilities, challenges and identifyi issues that maybe presented as a General Manager. Orientation process and interview are quite in depth. The DM has a grid that each candidate is evaluated on based on his or her response to particular questions. There is no wrong or right answer but how you identify yourself as a leader in accomplishing the many changes that this store goes through in one-week.

I had two interviews. One with the direct supervisor which was in person. And One with the Regional supervisor which was over the phone. More like a conversation than in interview.
