I got a call about three weeks after I applied and set up an interview for two days later. The manager there at the interview was not the one on the phone, even though he had said he would be the one interviewing me. The interview was only questions and lasted about ten minutes.

I was called quickly after submitting my application. Very nice people there at BAM. The interview took less than ten minutes and was offered a position on the spot.
