I got a call from HR. I asked him is the job timing Fixed? She said No.Then again I asked How many days timings are to be stretched? She doesn't have answer. I again asked is company going to pay me for latesitting? She said No. I asked her then if company work is there and they are not going to pay me what is the sense for late sitting?

1) Make it work from Home

3) If you have so much work hire other persons so that they will also get job and work and life balance is also maintained.
4) Don't work on weekends
5) in every 2-3 months I get a call regarding position opening. From this it is clear that persons are leaving
