I first applied online via the company's recruitment website and quickly got contacted by a HR representative for a phone screening interview that went fairly well, nothing difficult, just basic questions on motivation and background checks of experiences.
I then had a second interview with the same HR and the team manager that was more based on skills and knowledge of the industry.
These two first interviews were online (Skype) due to the distance.
The last step was a full assessment day in the headquarters, meeting a lot of different people/teams and getting to know the company from the inside. The company paid for all the costs of this.
