Overall, bad experience!
After referral, got an invite for phone screening. The earliest slot available for this chat was 45 days after the 1st email and it was a 20 mins call with the recruiter. Post this, a call was scheduled with 2 interviewers, one of whom was the hiring manager.
This interview went well, but what frustrated me was that the recruiter or the company did not get back to me after this interview with the result.

Nice chat with the manager and the rest of the team in which they described the position. It was relaxed and I felt very comfortable from beginning to end. I totally recommend this company
