Interview
First a phone screen by a knowledgeable recruiter about what type of person they are looking for, what the role entails, what the organisation looks like. That was followed by an explanation about what to expect in the interview process. This was followed by face to face interviews and regular phone updates regarding the progress.
They were very helpful throughout the process and sent me a guideline email with clear instructions and important details. This made everything easier to understand and helped me know exactly what steps to take next.
