Good initial phone interview, invitation to join group interview, broken into multiple parts.
Group interview involved individual exercises as well as independent and were explained at the time of invitation with a follow up email.

Interview
The interview was exciting and in a relaxed setting. The Managers were nice and made you feel welcome. I was there for 2 hours and we covered a test, role play and the interview

Muy lento y demasiada burocracia, los procesos son muy lentos. No vale para nada lo bien que hagas la entrevista o no. 3 entrevistas antes de la final. Poca informacion.
Recruitment phone screening plus 2 interview rounds with the hiring manager, department manager and other team leads. Topics covered: motivation, knowledge about the company, understansing of the role, expectations for the role vs my experience and quite a lot of situational/behavioral questions. Overall an open and positive vibe. Also, the interviewers were very engaged and followed up on my answers. I also enjoyed the questions as they were in-depth and related to the position.
