Interview
The interview process comprises three distinct stages. Firstly, a preliminary interview with a recruiter will be conducted to assess your qualifications and suitability for the role. The second interview will be with the team lead and Senior Credit Controller of the team you are applying to join, and will focus primarily on a thorough evaluation of your skills. Finally, the third interview will be with the Regional Manager and another team lead, and will primarily be a cultural assessment. Both the second and third interviews will be an hour in duration, and will include challenging questions. However, with appropriate preparation, these questions can be effectively addressed to ensure a successful interview experience.
