The process from initial application to rejection took slightly over a month. I had only one phone interview which was an initial HR screening. It was scheduled to last 30 min but only lasted about 15 min, with the HR person asking just 3 questions. I was not asked about my experience or why I would fit the role. The rest of the interview was just me asking specific questions to the interviewer. The interviewer was very friendly and I felt that the interview went well, although I thought it was strange how short it was. About 1.5 weeks later, I was notified my application was rejected.
