When i applied for the position i was almost immediately responded to book a first interview.
When the interview started i've been met with a quite young interviewer, which initially i thought wouldn't be a problem,
He started by asking me about my experiences, which later they weren't examined in detail, and all the time he had his eyes almost closed for some reason, making all the more uncomfortable.
Regarding the job, mansion or anything there wasn't any explanation or an idea of what i were supposed to do, all he did was making some remarks, that i hope were in good faith, regarding the a bonus that he asked time and times (after i acknowledged that i understood) if i got it right and if i was comfortable in a english speaking office... the phrase per isn't an issue but asking this to a person that is actively looking job outside of his country (i'm based in italy) is quite offensive because: either you are indirectly underestimating the english level of the person you have in front of you (which can be legit)or you are indirectly saying that the person in front of you isn't aware or never thought about what working abroad means.
The meeting has finished with him saying that i don't meet fully the requirements (7 year in IT role mind you) and will check with the manager because they thought that it wouldn't be right to do a 1 year (that is the standard contract to start in a company in Holland "jaarcontract") after i gave my consent and acknowledge for what he said.
For now this is the worst interview i ever had till now.
