I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Book Trust (Denver, CO) in Feb 2017
Interview
I received an email for a phone interview about 3 weeks after applying. Strict 30 minute phone interview with current Program Manager. She went through a list of predetermined questions and left 8 minutes at the end for me to ask questions. She asked 3 very specific questions related to my cover letter and to expand on specific sentences in my cover letter. Two of the emails I received from them were sent on a Saturday and at 7:30 PM at night, although I was told they "try not to work nights and weekends." Job duties include ensuring full book budget is spent, being all hands on deck to help other positions when needed, day to day duties varies, 2-3 hours/day answering emails (more email heavy during spring evaluation), fewer phone calls (phone heavy during beginning of school year), and training teachers via webinars and in person (new schools).
Salary range is 35-40k. Position includes requirement to travel to other states to train teachers (rotates between positions on a monthly basis). 100% premium health, dental, life, vision, $75 stipend for transportation, 3% IRA match.
I received a courtesy rejection email 1 week after the phone interview.

Question 1
Can you expand on statements made in cover letter? What other jobs have I applied to? What would you last job say about you and how would they rate you on a scale from 1 to 10? What is your ideal day to day job? What is your most recent salary? Do you know CRM?
