It went on for a long time but was fair and even minded. I would say it was pretty typical for this kind of position in this part of the country.
They asked genuine job performance questions with emphasis on correspondence and communication. They also will give training for the selected applicant. Their interview process was good and professional. They provide good package and salary allowance and accommodation along with travel expenses.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bonyan (Jāwā) in Mar 2023

start with regular hr questions about yourself and how did you hear about us and how are you learning and know how to learn , then some FE technical question after that deep BE technical questions .
