You had to fill out a survey and then you go through a couple rounds of interview via phone call with the HR team and then the team lead of whichever department you would work under.

Pretty standard questions: what experience do you have? What are you looking for? They also asked if you worked well in a fast-paced environment which I always flag as an employer who will potentially overwork you.
