Interview
I was referred by a friend and after a few quick emails, went in for an interview. Met with the owner, direct supervisor, and the person whose job I would be taking over. Sat at a table together for a round-table discussion. In general, I would describe the experience as awkward. No one seemed comfortable interviewing and our discussion focused on how awesome the former employee had been in the role.

What activities or clubs were you involved with in college? (This was odd and threw me off considering that I had graduated from college over seven years ago and had a wide range of actual work experience to discuss.)
