Bomporto Hotels interview questions

I recently applied for the Bartender position at [Hotel Name]. The F&B Manager, Tania, invited me for three interviews, and the process initially seemed smooth and professional. However, after multiple rounds, I was informed via email that my application would not move forward, which I understand and respect. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency and communication. I professionally requested feedback to improve for the future, but my email was ignored. This experience felt like a waste of time. I encourage the hotel to be more honest and considerate with candidates. Providing timely feedback and clearer communication would show greater respect for applicants' time and effort.
