The overall Interview process was relatively quick. The interview addressed the expectations of the role in which applied for online. A position offer was given to me and communicated at the time of the in person interview.

What experience do you have in the serving/bartending industry?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bombshells Restaurant and Bar (Tomball, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
Really simple questions about your personality and what you bring to the team. Have your hair and makeup done, and bring a bra because you have to try on the uniform and take pictures. Keep a mistral position in your pictures though because they don’t like when girls pose. And you have to be available for at least 4 shifts a week, either 10:30am-5pm or 4:30pm-2am.
