I got a phone interview and somehow they think I was not experience enough, so asked me to interview for the internship. They sent a link to their "take-home" questions. Questions are not hard, such as writing a function to generate Fibonacci sequence, and generate pi from uniform random numbers. But I guess it's not worth the work for me, since I have other full-time interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bombora (Reno, NV) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. The whole process took 4-6 weeks. At every stage interviewers were friendly and engaged in conversation. Evaluation seemed fair and communication was clear.
Stages:
1. Take home exam
2. Recruiter call and discussion of stages
3. 1 on 1 with hiring manager. Discussion of previous work
4. Group presentation interviewer with team members
5. 1 on 1 with executive leadership
