The first stage is an HR interview, and they will ask you whether you would accept to move to Estonia.
In the second stage, you'll have to finish a home task that asks you to solve a business problem and provide the code and presentation.
The third stage is a technical interview, and they will ask you some statistical questions.

I applied without a referral to Bolt (Estonia) for a Sr. Product Analyst role and the recruiter reached out in a week for an intial phone screening round (basic questions about work, experience, interest). Then they shared the link for a take-home SQL+ Python + A/B Testing + Case Study assessment.
SQL was pretty good, medium level of difficulty: ctes, top N record, joins
Python : was kind of vague and they gave me feedback that it was not up to their expectation
A/B Testing: went good
Case Study: To improve usability and reduce visual clutter, we should replace individual scooter icons with a single clustered icon that represents all scooters within a defined radius. Should we do this?
Just an initial call with the company. Was rather short as we realized it wasn’t a good fit due to the policy of non flexible work in Berlin. after that we decided to stop the call and discuss in the future if there are other opportunities
